He's even willing to still help after closing to connect me with the best, local service people to make renovations, care for the yard, etc. He went above and beyond the entire time. He was easy to communicate with, even during odd hours. He also recognized when I wasn't wholeheartedly excited about certain properties and we just moved on. Kylle's help was invaluable in helping me find and get my Mountain Dream Home. He is extremely familiar with the whole front range area and very knowledgeable about home values, property taxes, and everything that goes with real estate transactions! We looked at many properties until I found one that I really liked, put in a bid, and unfortunately got outbid. Although we kept looking, Kylle kept an eye out on the original property, and discovered the contract fell through. I was able to place another bid that was accepted and I got into my perfect home!
Kyle has great knowledge of Northern Colorado. The team will pull together to resolve most anything. Kyle has a very easy to use home finder system that keeps the buyer up to date on all new listings as fast as they come available. Kyle would keep someone available at all times espicially when he was out of town which happened alot. When I wanted to see a home he would make every effort to show it to me asap. The sign on line service is a great feature also. (Stops one from traveling to just sign a paper.)
